This case study has been carried out from early September through the end of October 2019 by a joint research team of students from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and Indigenous Women Network/CIPO based in Mondulkiri. We selected two villages in two districts (Ou Reang and Pech Chreada) to be sample sites based on certain key criteria including the area/villages where there is an active NGOs or Government program in relation to livelihoods and climate change adaptation activities, and especially the willingness of Indigenous Women (IW) participation in our action research methodology.
