លោក សំប៉យ ចាន់សុភា  ជាជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចគ្រឹងមកពីខេត្តរតនៈគិរី ។ លោក ចាន់​ សុភា បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាប័ត្ររងផ្នែក អក្សរសាស្រ្តអង់គ្លេស និងកំពុងបន្តការសិក្សានៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យផ្នែក គ្រប់គ្រងអជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូចឆ្នាំ ទីបួន ។

 

កញ្ញា ណាត់ សណ្តាន់   ជាជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចគ្រឹងមកពីខេត្តរតនៈគិរី ។ កញ្ញា ណាត់ សណ្តាន់ បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាប័ត្រផ្នែក ច្បាប់នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ។

Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP)

and

 

Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Organization (CIPO) on behalf of Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Alliance (CIPA)

 

This is an agreement between Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP) (herein after referred to as the First Party) and Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Organization (CIPO) on behalf of Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Alliance (CIPA) (herein after referred to as the Second Party), to implement a project on “Global Call to Action on Indigenous and community Land Rights” campaign in Cambodia, started on February 2016. The activities are funded by Oxfam Novib to facilitate campaign activities on indigenous and community land rights aiming to enhance the capacities and actions of indigenous peoples to engage with other stakeholders for the protection and promotion of indigenous peoples’ land rights and community land rights.

Specific objectives:

1  To build the capacity of indigenous communities and organizations in Cambodia on documentation, advocacy and monitoring of cases relating to land rights;

2  To build broad awareness of indigenous peoples and other stakeholders including policy makers, private sectors, civil society organizations and networks in Cambodia on the global campaign on land rights;

3  To increase the engagement of indigenous peoples in Cambodia with other stakeholders including private sectors, relevant government bodies, policy makers, human rights institutions, bodies and mechanisms from local to international level to promote and protect indigenous peoples land rights based on the policy asks of the Global Call to Action;

 

I.                   Tasks and Responsibilities of the First Party

AIPP, as the regional coordinating organization for this project shall comply with the following tasks and responsibilities listed hereunder:

 

1.      Overall coordination of the project activities and submission of the reports (both narrative and financial) to OXFAM Novib

2.      Share the project contract and relevant documents with the Second Party

3.      Provide guidance and assistance when needed to the Second Party in implementing the activities

Timely disbursement of project funds to the partner for project implementation on installment basis in accordance with the agreed terms and condition
